Jambalaya Recipe

1 pound of shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 cup cooked ham OR chicken
2 pounds Andouille sausage sliced
1 onion chopped
1 cup bell peppers chopped
2 celery stocks sliced
3 cloves garlic minced
14.5oz can diced tomatoes with juices
8oz can tomato sauce
green onions, sliced thinly
2 jalapenos, seeded and chopped
1/4 cup fresh parsley
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
1 teaspoon dried thyme
2 bay leaves
2 cups chicken stock
1.5 cups raw rice

Chop all the veggies, slice the sausage, and chop the ham OR chicken.
Combine all ingredients in slow cooker.
Mix well, cook on low for 5-6 hours.
