1 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 3/4 cups lentil puree
2 cups flour
4 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
1 1/2 teaspoons soda
1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions:
Directions:
Grease & flour a 9 X 13 inch cake pan then set aside. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat sugar, oil, & eggs for 2 minutes. Add vanilla& lentil puree to the creamed mixture & mix well. In dry bowl mix remaining ingredients together until no lumps & mixture is all the same color. Pour flour into creamed mixture beat for 2 minutes or until all flour in incorporated. Pour batter into prepared pan & bake in preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes or until center springs back when touched. Frost & enjoy
