2 eggs (well beaten)
1 cup sugar
1 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
2 tbl. butter
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups cut up rhubarb

Directions:
Directions:



2 ups rhubarb - 4 tbl of butter, 1 cup of sugar. place rhubarb butter & sugar in bottom of baking pan and heat together while preparing batter for top.
BATTER FOR TOP
Heat butter and milk to scalding. Beat eggs well, adding sugar gradually. Fold in dry ingredients. Carefully fold in hot mils mixture. and pour over rhubarb
Bake at 375 for about 45 min
