medium, honeydew melon, peeled, seeded, cut into thin slices

2 medium tart apples, cored, halved lengthwise and cut into bite sized pieces

2 medium peaches, pitted and cut into strips

1 cup golden or red raspberries

2 tablespoons low fat vanilla yogurt

2 tablespoons apricot jam

In a large bowl toss together honeydew, apples, peaches and the raspberries.

For dressing, stir together yogurt and jam. Add to fruit mixture. Toss to coat. Cover and chill until serving time.

I absolutely love this with caramel drizzled on top and granola sprinkled across the top, as well. Another twist is to add shredded coconut.
