1 pkg Yellow Cake Mix
1 pkg Instant Lemon Jello Pudding
1 can 16 oz. Fruit Cocktail with syrup
1 c Coconut
4 eggs
1/4 c Oil
1/2 c Brown Sugar
1/2 c Chopped Nuts
Glaze:
1/2 c butter
1/2 c sugar
1/2 c evaporated milk
1 1/3 c coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325
Blend all ingredients except brown sugar and nuts in a large bowl. Beat 4 minutes at medium speed. Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9 cake pan, sprinkle with brown sugar and nuts (which I mix together)
Bake for 45 minutes or until cake springs back. Do Not under bake. Cool in pan for 15 minutes. Spoon hot glaze over warm cake.
Glaze:
Combine 1/2 cup each butter, sugar and evaporated milk in a saucepan, Boil for 2 minutes. Stir in 1 1/3 cup coconut.
