1 1/2 lbs. round steak; cut in 1x1/4 inch strips
3 1/2 T flour (or a little more)
1/4 c. margarine
1 c. chopped onion
1 101/2 oz can consume
1 T Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 tsp. tomato sauce
1 c. diary sour cream
1 4 oz can mushrooms, drained

Dredge steak with flour: reserve remaining flour. Brown quickly in margarine in skillet. Add onions and cook 3-4 minutes.
Remove meat and onion from skillet. Blend reserved flour into drippings in skillet. Cook 1 minute over medium heat, into drippings in skillet. Cook 1 minute over medium heat stirring constantly. Stir in consume and Worcestershire sauce. Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened. Stir in salt, mustard, and tomato sauce; then sour cream. Add meat and mushrooms. Cool quickly. Put in containers and freeze.

To serve: Heat in top of double boiler. Serve over rice or noodles.
