1 15 oz. can Pinto Beans Rinsed and Drained
1 15oz. can Black Beans Rinsed and Drained
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. Garlic Powderf
1/2 c. salsa
4c. Shredded Lettuce
2. coarsely chopped tortilla chips
1c. shredded Colby cheese
1 8oz. carton sour cream
2.tbsp. tomatoes chopped
2.tbsp green onions chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Combine beans onion powder garlic powder and salsa. Place lettuce in a 2 quart rectangular baking dish top with bean mixture add a layer of chips then cheese spread on sour cream and sprinkle with tomatoes and green onions.
