12 flour or corn taco shells - cut in 1 inch squares
1 lb hamburger
1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
1 jar (8 oz) salsa
1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 can white beans, drained and rinsed
1 package of McCormick taco seasoning - Low Salt
1 onion
1 green pepper
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 8 oz sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Dice onions and green pepper.
In a Dutch oven brown hamburger, add diced onion and green pepper and drain. Add seasoning, tomato sauce, salsa, beans. Add the cut taco shells. Mix thoroughly.
Place hot coals 12 on the top and 12 on the bottom of the Dutch oven. Bake in Dutch oven for 40 minutes until shells are soft. last 10 minutes add cheese and 8 oz or sour cream.
