2 c sugar
1/2 c cooking oil
4 eggs
4 T crushed pineapple
3 c grated carrots
2 t soda
1 t salt
1 t cinnamon
1/2 c nuts, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Beat sugar and oil. Add eggs, one at a time, while beating. Sift dry ingredients together and add alternately with carrots and nuts. Bake 50 minutes at 325.
