1 cup chopped onion

1 cup green sweet pepper

1 clove garlic, minced

1 15 ounce can tomato sauce

1 10 ounce can chopped tomatoes and green chili peppers or 1 14 ounce can stewed tomatoes

cup water

1 teaspoon dried oregano, crushed

teaspoon pepper

1 cup rotini

4 cups sliced zucchini

cup shredded mozzarella cheese (2 ounces)

In a 12 inch skillet cook onion, green pepper and garlic until vegetables are tender.

Stir in the tomato sauce, undrained tomatoes, water, oregano, and pepper. Bring to boiling. Stir in uncooked pasta. Simmer, covered, about ten minutes or until pasta is nearly tender. Add zucchini and simmer, covered, about 5 minutes more or until pasta and zucchini are just tender. Remove from heat. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover and let stand for 1 to 2 minutes or until cheese is melted
