3 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon sautéed minced onion
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper

Form into patties and grill or fry. If grilling, freeze them first and the patties will be much easier to handle on the grill.

For a fun and tasty twist that I enjoy, paint each side of the patty with either honey, or a mixture of brown sugar and just enough water to make a “saucy” texture. When one side is done, turn and place another coat of sauce. Add whatever accompaniments are desired.
