2-3 cup fresh spinach
salt and pepper
1 TBSP sugar
1 lb bacon - fried and crumbled
6 hard boiled eggs
2 or 3 cup shredded lettuce
8 oz can water chestnuts
salt and pepper
1 TBSP sugar
10 oz frozen peas, thawed
1/2 cup sliced onion
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup miracle whip
1 cup grated swiss cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Spinach as bottom layer. Cover with salt, pepper and sugar. Top with bacon, eggs, lettuce, water chestnuts, salt and pepper, sugar, peas and onions. Cover with mayo mixture and sprinkle with grated cheese. Let stand for at least 12 hours.
