Ingredients:  
1 can of Campbell's cream of chicken soup
1 1/3 cups water
3/4 cup uncooked long grain white rice or jasmin rice
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
2 cups frozen mixed vegetables (run hot water over vegies to thaw)

4 skinless boneless chicken breast
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Stir all ingredients except cheese together not the chicken and pour into casserole dish. 11x8 in.
Top with chicken. Season Chicken as desired eg. with chicken spice or whatever you like.
Bake at 375 for 50 minutes. or until chicken and rice are done. Top with cheese. Let casserole stand for five minutes after cheese added. Stir rice before serving.
