Turkey giblets
1/2 stick butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 cup chicken broth
1 hard boiled egg
Directions:
Directions:
Boil turkey giblets, then cut into small pieces. Cream butter and flour, then add broth. Bring to a boil, then simmer. Add giblets and hard boiled egg. Heat well.
