1 15 oz. box Raisin Bran
3 c. sugar
5 c. flour
5 tsp. soda
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. oil
4 eggs beaten
1 qt. buttermilk
2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the Raisin Bran, sugar, flour, salt, soda, and spices in a large bowl. In another bowl, combine eggs, oil, buttermilk, and vanilla. Add liquid ingredients to dry ingredients mixing thoroughly. Cover container and put in refrigerator.

When ready to use, stir through batter to distribute oil through mixture. Bake in greased muffin tins in 350º oven for 8-12 minutes for small muffins, 16-18 minutes for regular size, or 28 minutes for large muffins.

Note: This batter will keep in the refrigerator up to six weeks.
