3 large eggs
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. melted butter
2 1/4 c. whole milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Few grains of salt
Nutmeg
9-inch uncooked pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, then add sugar, salt, butter, and vanilla. Mix well. Add scalded milk (heat to near boiling, but do not boil.) Pour into pie shell. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake 30 minutes at 350º.
