12 broccoli florets
salt
1/2 c. chicken broth
1/4 c. whipping cream
2 c. bread crumbs
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º.

Arrange broccoli in 13x9 pan. Season with salt.
Combine broth and cream and pour over broccoli. Stir to coat.
Cover and bake until broccoli is crisp tender, about 25 minutes.
Combine bread crumbs and cheese. Sprinkle over broccoli and bake uncovered about 5 minutes.
