8 Garlic cloves crushed
2T Lemon Juice
1/4t Salt
Tabasco Sauce - dash
1T Sour Cream

1. Peel, seed and chop avocado into a mixing bowl
2. Add lemon juice, garlic, tabasco, salt and sour cream
3. Mash thoroughly
4. Serve immediately with tortilla chips or any other Mexican dish as a garnish.
