Ingredients:
Ingredients:
7 Cups Flour
2 Teaspoons Salt
2 Packs Active Dry Yeast
3/4 Cup Honey
2 1/2 Cups Warm Water
1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
1 Tablespoon Melted Butter

Directions:
Directions:
In a very large bowl, mix 6 Cups of FLOUR with the SALT.

In a smaller bowl, mix the YEAST, HONEY and WARM WATER. Stir this until the YEAST is dissolved, and let stand for about 10 minutes.

Now, add the VEGETABLE OIL to the YEAST Mixture and stir well. Now, begin adding this Liquid Mixture to the FLOUR Mixture, a little at a time, mixing well between additions.

After everything is well mixed, pour the DOUGH out onto a floured surface, and Knead for about 15 minutes. Continue to add a little bit of FLOUR along, until the DOUGH no longer sticks to the surface. The DOUGH should have an even, smooth consistency, and should bounce back when pressed.

Now, place the DOUGH in a bowl, and cover it with a dry towel, and place it in a warm, draft-free area for about 50 minutes.

Now, remove the towel and punch down the DOUGH for about 1 minute. Cover the bowl again with the towel and let the DOUGH rise again for about 40 minutes.

Now, remove the DOUGH from the bowl and divide it into Three Equal Portions. Shape each DOUGH portion into a LOAF, and place each into an oiled Bread Pan, and let rise for about 15 minutes in the Pan.

Now, bake in a preheated 350°F oven for about an hour. Remove from the oven and brush the top of each LOAF with melted BUTTER.

Continue to cool about 45 minutes before slicing. - However, some people want it while it is still hot.

Personal Notes:
This is a wonderful homemade bread recipe. The honey really makes this special. Mom got this recipe from Vernon Roger's collection. Dad said this was his favorite. He used to always have Mom make this, and he would practically eat an entire loaf by himself when it first came out of the oven. Always good that way with lots of butter and fresh preserves.
