1/2 lb Large Prawns (shelled, deveined, cooked)
1/2 lb Large Size Scallops
1/2 C Chile Sauce
1/2 lb Bacon - sliced in half lengthwise and then in half crossways
6 Garlic Cloves - crushed

Directions:
Directions:
1. Set oven at 400
MIcrowave bacon for 1 minute - bacon should only be partially cooked
2. MIx the crushed garlic into the Chile sauce
3. Dip each prawn and scallop individually into the Chile sauce mixture and coat well
4. Wrap a bacon slice around each prawn/scallop and fasten with a toothpick
5. Place the wrapped prawns/scallops on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and bake until bacon is crispy.
