1 Lb. Lean Ground Beef
2 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil (optional)
2 Cups Carrot Coins
1 Cup Thickly Sliced Onions
1 Cup Diced Celery
1 Cup Diced Turnip or Rutabaga
1 Cup Sliced Mushrooms
2 Cups Stewed Tomatoes
1 Beef Bouillon Cube
1 Cup Water
1 tsp. Salt
tsp. Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In 4 quart pot, brown beef in oil. Add vegetables, mushroom, tomatoes, salt & pepper. Crumble bouillon cube over top and add water. Mix well. Heat to boiling, reduce and simmer 40 minutes or longer.
