4 Eggs
1 C Sugar
2 T Vanilla
1/2 Pint Whipping cream
2 Cans Condensed Milk (Eagle Brand)
Milk 1 1/2 quarts, approx.
1/4 t Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine eggs, cream, sugar, salt and vanilla in bowl and mix well with mixer. Pour into can add condensed mile and stir well. Add milk to fill line on can and stir. Churn in freezer.
Makes approx. 4 quarts.
When packing freezer: Put about 3 inches of ice in tub all around, and sprinkle about 4 oz rock salt evenly over ice. Alternate this pattern till tub is filled up to but not over top of can. After tub is filled, add one cup of cold water to ice mixture. As the ice melts and settles, you will need to add more ice and salt to keep it up to top of can. Motor should run for about 20 to 30 min. When it stops, unplug When finished wipe top to get salt off, remove beater. Place cork back in top. Add more ice and cover with heavy towel or blanket. Let rest, to freeze harder.
