1 lb. lean ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
11/2 c. celery, cut up
11/2c. carrots, cut up
11/2 c. potatoes, cubed
3 cubes beef bouillon
1 can [48 oz] tomato juice
3 c. water
1 c. pearl barley

Directions:
Directions:
Saute beef & onion over med. heat 'til browned.
Place all ingredients in large pot & simmer for 2 hrs., stirring occasionally.
