3/4 C sugar
1/2 t salt
1 t cinnamon
1/2 t ground ginger
1/8 t ground cloves
2 Lrg eggs
1 15 oz can pumpkin
1 12 oz Evaporated Milk
1 9 inch unbaked pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger and cloves in small bowl. Beat eggs in large bowl. Stir in pumpkin and sugar-spice mix. Gradually stir in evaporated milk. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 425º for 15 min. Reduce to 350º for 40 - 50 min. Cover crust with aluminum foil for first 50 min.
