9 inch pie crust
3 T cornstarch
3/4 C sugar
1 C pulp strawberries (squeezed)
2 C Strawberries
Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Stick pie crust with fork several times. Bake at 375º 10 - 15 minutes or till lightly brown. Cool.
Mix cornstarch, sugar and slowly add pulp strawberries and cook till thicken. If too thick add a little water. Set aside and cool.
Clean and slice 2 Cups strawberries. Drain on paper towel. Put fresh strawberries in pie crust. Add cooled thickened strawberry sauce. Put in fridge for 1 hour. Top with cool whip
