Ingredients:  
1/2 Bunch Celery diced
1 Onion diced
1 Stick butter
2 Bags shredded Potatoes or 2 1/2 - 3 lb Boiled Potatoes
1 Lg Can Chicken Broth or 4 small cans
2 C Grated Carrots
6 Bacon strips fried & diced
Ground Pepper & Salt
Parsley
1 Can evaporated milk
Shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions:
Saute celery and onions in butter. Then combine all the ingredients and cook 30 minutes. Add 1 can condensed milk. Cook 20 minutes. Serve with cheddar cheese.
