1 cup flour (1/2 cup all-purpose and 1/2 cup white whole wheat)
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup dry milk powder

1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar

1 egg
1 tsp vanilla




Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, oats, and dry milk powder in a small bowl.

In a separate bowl, combine peanut butter and butter.
Add sugars and then the egg and vanilla. Add dry mixture to wet mixture.

Roll into ball and roll in sugar and place on cookie sheet. Cris-cross with a fork. Bake 375º for 7-9 minutes.
