Stew Meat
Salt & Pepper
Water
1 to 2 Cans Beef Broth
2 Bay leafs
3 to 4 Celery stalks, chopped 1 inch long
2 beef bouillons
1/2 Onions, chopped
4 carrots, chopped
4 Potatoes, chopped
Cauliflower or broccoli (optional)
Small can peas, drained

Directions:
Directions:
Brown stew meat in hot skillet without grease. Salt and pepper. Add 2 cups hot water when browned. Add 2 bay leafs. Put on lid, turned down low until tender (1 hour) May add water if needed.
Add cut up celery and 2 beef bouillon cubes and 1 can beef broth. Cook on low 10 minutes and remove leaves.
Add cut up onions, carrots, potatoes. Can add 2nd can beef broth if need more
Liquid. Cook on low 15 minutes. Add cauliflower and broccoli and peas. Cook till tender.
Make thickening with flour and water. Add to thicken stew.
Serve with biscuits
