1/2 C Canola Oil
1/4 C Red Wine vinegar
1/4 C honey
1 T soy sauce
1/2 t paprika
1 Beef Flank Steak (2 lbs)

Version 2
1/2 C Canola Oil
1/4 C Red Wine Vinegar
1/3 C Soy Sauce
2 T Lemon Juice
1 T Worcestershire Sauce
1 t dry mustard
1 garlic clove, minced
1/4 t Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a large resealable plastic bag combine the ingredients. Add steak; seal bag and turn to coat. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.
Drain beef, discard marinade. Grill steak, covered over medium heat or broil 4 inches from the heat. 6 - 8 minutes on each side or until meat reaches desired doneness (medium rare - 145º,medium - 160º)
Let steak rest 5 minutes Cut steak diagonally across the grain.
