1 tbsp Butter
3 slices Bacon - cut into pieces
1 Onion - chopped
1 Garlic Clove - minced
4 large Potatoes - peeled & diced
3 cups Milk
1 cup Cream Corn
1/2 cup Celery - sliced
2 cups Corn - kernels
1 tsp Milk
1 tsp Parsley - chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in large skillet.
Add bacon & onion & cook until onion is translucent.
Add potatoes & cook, stirring constantly, for about 5 minutes.
Stir in 2 cups milk and bring JUST to a boil.
Put in crock pot.
Cover and simmer until potatoes are tender.
Stir in celery, cream corn, corn kernels and remaining milk.
Heat through.
Season with salt & pepper and garnish with parsley.
