Ingredients:  
3 Avacados - peeled, pitted & mashed
1 Lime - juiced (I use 1/2 lime juiced)
1/2 cup diced Red Onion
1 tsp minced Garlic
2 Roma Tomatoes - diced (I take the seeds out so there is not so much liquid)
1/2 tsp Salt
Pinch of Cayenne Pepper (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium bowl, mash together the avocados, lime juice, and salt.
Mix in onion, tomatoes, and garlic. Stir in cayenne pepper.
Refrigerate 1 hour for best flavor, or serve immediately.
