1 egg- just yolk
about a tbsp dijon mustard
worchestershire sauce
2 garlic cloves
salt and pepper
1 tbsp vinegar
squirt of lemon
canola oil

Directions:
Directions:
Put egg yolk in bowl and add dijon mustard and about 5 shakes of worchestershire sauce. Add 2 cloves of pressed garlic Whisk and start pouring oil in slowly a bit at a time until it gets thick. Add about a tbsp on vinegar and keep mixing with oil. Salt and pepper to taste at end and a squirt of Lemon juice.
