buttercup lettuce head
about 2 cps of small fresh water shrimp
2 avocadoes
1 cucumber
small tomatoes

olive oil - 1/2 cp
red wine vinegar 1/4 cp
italian seasoning - 1 tsp

salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Break up buttercup lettuce. Peel and chop cucumber and add. Peel and chop avocado and add, sprinkle shrimp on. Add small tomatoes. Add dressing and salt and pepper to taste.
