2 tbsp yeast
2 cps warm milk plus 1/2 c water
3 tbsp sugar
1/2 c oil
2 eggs
6 c flour
1 tbsp salt
egg and water to coat at end.
cover and let rise double in volume

Filling: 1 medium onion finely chopped and cut up sauerkraut and a bit of bacon fried - let cool I like to cook some breakfast sausage and cut up in small pieces to add to the filling.

Pinch off some dough and flatten , put in some sauerkraut and cooked sausage bit and roll up put on greased cookie sheet and bake at 350º till golden brown. Sometimes I under cook a bit and put in freezer so they don't overcook when I take them out and reheat. Cook for about 20min.
