Ingredients:
Ingredients:
4 pounds boneless pork shoulder butt roast, cut into 2-in. pieces
1-1/2 cups dry red wine or reduced-sodium chicken broth
4 garlic cloves, minced
4 bay leaves
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon paprika
2 to 3 teaspoons crushed red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 large onion, chopped
½ cup water
12 bolillos or hoagie buns, split, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Massage pork chunks with garlic, salt, paprika, red pepper flakes, cinnamon, and onion and put in heavy pot. Add red wine, just to cover and bay leaves. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to simmer, cover and simmer for 2-3 hours or until pork falls apart. Check on meat every so often and make sure it does not dry out - add more wine as needed.

Spoon pork mixture onto sweet rolls and enjoy. I like this so much I eat it from a bowl like stew.
