6 oz (170 gram) bag of Mackintosh Toffee
3 tbsp Butter
1 tbsp Cream or Milk
1 tsp Vanilla
1/4 cup Coconut (optional)
2 1/4 cups Corn Flakes
Directions:
Directions:
- In a medium sized pot - melt the toffee, butter and cream together over medium heat. Stir constantly until completely melted.
- Add vanilla & remove from heat.
- Stir in corn flakes
- Drop mixture by a teaspoon onto wax paper and form into small mounds.
- Cool - then store in a container with a loose fitting lid as cookies will loosen up in an airtight container
