1 1/2 cups milk
1/2 cup margarine
1/3 cup sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tablespoon yeast
2 eggs
1/4 cup orange juice
2 Tbsp orange peel
5 cups flour

Glaze:
powdered sugar
margarine
orange rind

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine milk and margarine and heat in microwave until margarine is melted - about 115 degrees
2. Add sugar, salt and yeast
3. Add remaining ingredients for the rolls and knead dough
4. Let raise until doubled in size
5. Roll out to a half inch thickness
6. Cut into 8 1/2" wide strips
7. Tie into knots and place on a greased cookie sheet
8. Let rise
9. Bake for 15 minutes at 400 º.

Glaze: combine rind, powdered sugar and margarine to make glaze and brush on top of warm rolls
