1 package Flour Tortillas
1 8oz Cream Cheese
2 Tbsp Mayonnaise
4 Oz Can Green Chilis drained
1 Tomato - seeded and chopped
1/4 cup Onion - chopped very fine
1 Garlic clove minced
1 tsp Chili Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
Directions:
Directions:
Blend the cream cheese and mayo and stir in the remaining ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Spread chilled cheese over each tortilla and roll tightly.
Trim the ends…wrap each one in saran wrap and refrigerate until firm.
Slice (approx 1 inch) and lay pin wheels on cookie sheet and broil until lightly golden.
This is also makes a good dip for tortilla chips and veggies (without the flour tortillas).
