1 package, boneless, skinless chicken breasts, approx 1 - 1 1/2 lbs, cooked and shredded
3 cans Great White Northern Beans (drained)
1 can Rotel
1 T. oil
1 onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
4 oz. can chopped green chilies
2 t. ground cumin
1 t. oregano
1 to 1 1/2 t. cayenne pepper
1/2 t. salt
14.5 oz. chicken broth
3. c. shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
16 oz. sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Saute the onion in the oil and spices (cumin, oregano and cayenne pepper). In a crockpot combine the shredded chicken, beans, Rotel, onion mixture, garlic, green chilies and chicken broth. Cook on high for about 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Then turn down to low. About 1 hour before serving, add the Monterey Jack cheese and sour cream. Great with corn muffins.
