1 lb chicken boiled
1/3 - 1/2 lb Angel hair pasta tender
3/4 C onion
3/4 C celery
3/4 green pepper
3/4 red pepper
olive oil
1 small can mushrooms, drained
Tony Chacher's creole seasoning
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
chicken broth made from boiled chicken
Ritz crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken and debone. Save chicken broth.
Set aside 2 Cups of broth to use later. Then boil pasta in the remaining broth, add water if needed. Drain pasta and set aside when tender.
Stir fry green and red peppers and celery in olive oil.
Add onions and stir fry till translucent.
In 9 X 13 pan layer chicken and generously season with Tony Chachere's Creole seasoning. Layer Angel Hair pasta, next add the onions, celery and peppers. Put on a layer of mushrooms. Then mix 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup with 2 Cups chicken broth and put on top of mushrooms. Can dash some more creole seasoning on top if you want it spicier. Roll out Ritz crackers and place on top of soup mix. Bake 30 min at 350 degrees.
