2 pkg Lasagna Noodles
Parmesan Cheese
Mozzarella Cheese

Sauce:
2 Cans Tomato Sauce
1 1/2 tsp Basil
1 tsp Garlic Salt
2 lb Sausage or Hamburger
1/2 lb mushrooms, slice and saute until brown

Filling:
3 lbs Ricotta or Cottage Cheese
2 Eggs
1/2 tsp Garlic Salt
1/2 tsp Basil
1/4 C Finely Chopped Parsley
Pepper to taste

For Sauce:
Brown sausage or hamburger. Add the rest of the sauce ingredients and simmer for 1 hour.

For Filling:
Beat eggs. Add seasonings and beat with a fork. Stir in cheese.

Pasta:
Cook 2 pkg lasagna noodles in water. Add salt and 3-4 Tbs oil. Cook until 3/4 done. Drain and rinse.

Assembly:
Use a 9x13x2 1/2" pan. Use about 1/2 C sauce to barely cover bottom of pan. Lay noodles in a single layer. Add just enough sauce to barely cover noodles and about 1/2 of cheese mix. Sprinkle with Parmesan & Mozzarella cheese. Add another layer of noodles. Top with more sauce, Parmesan and end with Mozzarella. Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour at 350 º. Let set 15-20 minutes before serving.
