15 qts. Butterbeans
12 stalks celery
4 c. sugar
14 chickens
25 qts. tomatoes
6 lbs. carrots
7 lbs. onions
12 qts. corn
25 lbs. beef
4 lbs.butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chickens and beef. De-bone and scrunch up with hands. Chop carrots, celery, and onions in blender. Cook everything together, except, add corn and meat last hour of cooking. Stir continually as it begins to thicken. This is made in a 50 gallon pot, probably yields about 30-35 gallons.

Clara just had butter on the recipe, but I'm sure she sent me out to the pot with 4 lbs. one reunion and had them stir it in.
