Chicken breasts
8 ounce bottle of Russian dressing
8 ounce jar apricot preserves
1 package dry onion soup mix
¼ c. water
Pineapple to garnish (chunks or rings - rings are prettier)

Directions:
Directions:
Arrange chicken in large pan. Mix dressing, preserves, soup mix and water. Pour over chicken.

( I think that the sauce is too thin to stick to the chicken when served, so I add 2 to 3 tablespoons of flour or cornstarch to thicken before pouring it over the chicken).

Cook at 350 degrees for one hour. Add pineapple and cook for 30 minutes
