Place fish in a baking dish, skin side down

Sprinkle a little olive oil, paprika, oregano, garlic powder, black pepper over each fillet. Pour white wine in pan to fill about 2/3 of the way to top of fish, do not cover fish.

Bake at 350-400 degrees for 15-20 minutes, check to ensure not drying. Once flaky fish is cooked.
