Ingredients:	Ingredients: 8 oz ground beef 8 oz sausage 1 garlic clove ½ cup finely grated Parmigian 3 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh parsley 2 large eggs, lightly beaten 1 cup Italian bread crumbs ¼ cup milk

Directions:	Directions: Mix together beef and sausage using your hands. Stir in garlic, cheese, parsley, eggs, and 1 ¼ tsp salt; season with pepper. Lightly dampen hands and roll mixture into 1 1/2 –inch balls, transferring to a lined baking sheet. Bake for 20ish minutes at 375, until cooked through.
