8 cups soft bread crumbs (made from day-old Italian or French Bread)
1 cup grated Romano cheese
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

For flavored bread crumbs, add:
1 to 2 tsp garlic powder (to taste)
1 Tbsp parsley flakes
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper

Combine all ingredients. Store in zip loc freezer bag in freezer.
