Mom's dressing (see recipe)
9 quails
salt & pepper
butter
Directions:
Directions:
Make mom's dressing. Salt & pepper quail inside and out. Stuff quail and set breast side up and put rest of dressing in pan.
Put dab of butter on each quail.
Bake at 350º for 1 hour and 20 min.
