★ 1 lb. ground beef
★ 3 T. olive oil
★ 1 medium onion, sliced
★ 1 cup sliced mushrooms
★ 8 slices Swiss cheese
★ 4 T. grey poupon
★ 4 T. mayonnaise
★ 4 Hoagie or French rolls
★ 4 small dill pickles
★ 1 cup Aujus

Directions:
Directions:
Shape beef into 4 oblong patties to fit buns. In 12 inch skillet, add olive oil, saute the onions and mushrooms on medium for about 10 minutes, set aside in warm oven. Cook the patties in the skillet on medium until done, topping with cheese, just before done. Meanwhile prepare the Aujus. Prepare the rolls by spreading mayo on 1 side and poupon on other side. Place the patties on the bun and cover with onion and mushroom mixture. Place on individual plates with Aujus in small dish for dipping and pickle to garnish.
