4 to 6 medium pork chops
2 T. vegetable oil
1-10¾ can cream of celery soup
½ cup milk
½ cup sour cream
¼ tsp. pepper
1-28 oz. bag frozen O’Brien potatoes, thawed
8 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1-2.8 oz. can French fried onions
1 tsp. seasoned salt

In 12-inch skillet, brown pork chops in oil. Set aside. In large mixing bowl, combine soup, milk, sour cream, pepper and salt. Stir in potatoes, ½ the cheese and ½ can onions. Spoon mixture into 9X13 baking dish, sprayed with non-stick spray. Arrange pork chops over potato mixture. Bake at 325º, covered for 1¾ hour. Remove from oven. Top with remaining cheese and onions. Return to oven and bake uncovered for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serves 4 to 6.
