1 pound ground beef
1 pound bacon (chopped)
1 onion (chopped)
½ cup ketchup
½ cup. bar-b-q sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon chili powder
4 tablespoons mustard
4 tablespoons molasses
¾ teaspoon black pepper
2 - 16 ounce cans kidney beans
2 - 16 ounce cans speckled butter beans
2- 16 ounce cans pork and beans

Directions:

Cook bacon and set aside.

Brown ground beef and sauté onions - mix together. Mix together the next 7 ingredients an add to meat mixture. Add beans. Top with crumbles cooked bacon.

Bake at 350º for 1 hour.

Frozen speckled butter beans may be used if canned ones are difficult to find.

Time saver - cut bacon with kitchen shears before cooking.

Freezes great. Freeze before cooking - then thaw and bake.

Makes two large servings or one deep dish.
